I plan on hosting this operation and did a mock run myself to understand how to best coach other players to progress in addition to the hints. I do not want the players to be disheartened if they don't understand how the answers were achieved. I am having some difficulties in understanding Phase 3 and 4 myself though.

Thanks! I was just able to understand phase 3. I was making it more complicated than it needed to be! A tip: You can't decode the entire binary string in a single translation...
But I am still stuck on understanding Phase 4. Hopefully others will play this too and can also give hints or advice if the creator is not available. 🙂
